No matter what your age, dance can help you express yourself with confidence, have fun and make new friends. Add to that the fact that it keeps you fit and you are on to a winner.
Good reasons for learning to dance.
· It’s a great way to have fun—on your own or with your friends and schoolmates.
· Your friends and family will be impressed by the moves you make.
· You’ll learn about other countries and cultures when finding the origins of the dances
· Its like playing in the playground at school, except with dance you coordinate moves.
· Being able to get up anytime and dance beats sitting watching TV.
If you want to know how well you are learning to dance, you may want to take part in the “Rosette” or “Star Dance” Award Schemes.
Our job is to make sure you have fun, whether you have danced before or not. We can introduce you to different kinds of dancing, whether it is the grace and elegance of Ballroom or the raw energy of Latin American danced to exciting modern music.
